Investing in the Next Generation of New Mexico Agriculture
Supporting Their Next Chapter
NMJLF is committed to supporting New Mexico’s agricultural youth as they take the next step in their education. Through our scholarship program, we invest in graduating 4-H and FFA members who have demonstrated leadership, dedication and a commitment to agriculture and their communities.
These scholarships help students continue building on the experiences, skills and values they developed through their involvement in 4-H and FFA.
ANNUAL SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM
Supporting 4-H & FFA Members Beyond High School
Each year, the New Mexico Junior Livestock Foundation awards scholarships to graduating New Mexico 4-H and FFA members as they continue their education.
Eligible applicants must be high school seniors in good academic standing, be current members of a New Mexico 4-H Club and/or FFA Chapter, and have been accepted to a college, university or vocational school.
Scholarship recipients are selected through a blind judging process that considers their involvement, leadership, experiences and commitment to agriculture.
Applications open annually on January 1.

In 2026, NMJLF awarded ten $1,000 scholarships to outstanding New Mexico 4-H and/or FFA members continuing their education.
